Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Because our furniture is made to order, production begins once your order and deposit (where applicable) are confirmed.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery and customisation costs are confirmed before final payment.
Made-to-order items
Custom-made furniture is produced to your chosen specifications (fabric, size, configuration). Please review your selections carefully before confirming your order.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and may vary depending on production schedules and your location. Someone must be available to receive the delivery.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including images, logos, and text — is the property of Couches & Things and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, Couches & Things is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

Refund Policy
Our furniture is crafted with care. Please read this policy carefully, as it applies to both stock and made-to-order items.
Made-to-order items
Because custom furniture is produced specifically for you (chosen fabric, size, and configuration), made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are faulty or not as described.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may incur a fee to cover materials and labour already committed.
How to request a refund
Contact us at info@couchesandthings.co.za or via WhatsApp at +27 69 229 4971 with your order number and details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
