Typical lead time is 8–18 working days from the moment your fabric and dimensions are confirmed. Larger pieces — like L-shape couches or full bedroom sets — may take up to 3 weeks. We confirm the exact timeline in writing before you pay.
Yes. Every piece is made to order. You can choose from our fabric library — linen, velvet, boucle, and performance weaves — and select standard sizes (2-seater, 3-seater, L-shape, U-shape) or request completely custom dimensions.
Yes — we deliver nationwide, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, and surrounding areas. Delivery is arranged through our courier partners and quoted with your order.
We accept secure online card payments, EFT, and instant EFT. A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the balance due before delivery.
Absolutely. You're welcome to book a showroom visit at our warehouse to see and feel the fabrics, and discuss your space in person. Alternatively, we can courier fabric swatches to you for a small refundable fee.
Yes. All our frames carry a 5-year structural warranty, and upholstery carries a 2-year workmanship warranty.
